Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Shiree Odiz Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older worldwide, unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.

  • Employees of Shiree Odiz and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

  • To enter, submit your email address via the official Giveaway sign-up form on our website.

  • The submitted email address is the official entry and must remain valid for notification purposes.

  • Each monthly Giveaway is for new entries only. Past entries do not roll over to future months.

  • One entry per person per Giveaway period. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

3. Consent to Receive Emails

  • By entering, you agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from Shiree Odiz.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time. However, unsubscribing before the winner is drawn may render your entry ineligible (plus we won't be able to contact you).

4. Prize

  • One winner will receive a pair of lab-grown real diamond earrings, totaling 1.00 carat, set in their choice of 14K white or yellow gold.

  • The winner may choose their preferred diamond shape at no extra cost.

  • Free worldwide FedEx shipping is included.

  • The package will be declared as a gift, shipped from Israel, but any duties, import taxes, should they be requested by your country's customs are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • A winner will be selected at random during the first business week of each month.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address submitted at entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, a new winner may be selected.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Participation Requirements for Winners

  • To promote transparency, each winner agrees to:

    • Provide a photo of the earrings being worn (face optional), or a short unboxing video and

    • Submit a short honest written testimonial

  • These materials may be used by Shiree Odiz for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and email campaigns.

7. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

  • By submitting your email address, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of participating in the Giveaway and receiving communications from us.

  • We collect and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

    • Access, rectify, or delete your data

    • Withdraw your consent at any time

    • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shiree Odiz is not responsible for:

    • Inaccurate information provided by entrants

    • Technical failures of any kind

    • Lost or misdirected shipments

    • Customs issues, duties, taxes, or delays beyond our control

  • The prize is provided “as is” without any warranty beyond that required by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
