My entire experience with this company has been exceptional and I am not one to write reviews unless I have had a horrid experience or above and beyond, companies that go above deserve credit for their effort and to hopefully gain new clients. As for my ring experience-this company had fantastic pricing along with quality stones and craftsmanship. On top of that, they kept in continuous contact before and after delivery, the item was professionally packaged and presented, not just thrown in a box, and a giftcard was included. Nice product, not very good communication. They use a calling service based in New York that is worthless, all the calling service does is type an email and send it to them. They are based in the East.
